Why did you choose bank?

Why did you choose <abc> bank?
ABC is one of the most prestigious public sector bank in India. ABC has strong network in India, not just in urban areas but in rural India as well. It provides financial service to nation and I love to be a part of it. I also understand that it also has global presence (please confirm before you answer). I also learnt from my friends who’s working with ABC that its an employee friendly organization and has great values and culture. (You can also talk about company’s financial performance, if the company is into multiple business areas, like investment banking, Home Loans  you can talk about that )
The above answer again will trigger other questions.  I’ll try to answer most of the question in upcoming blogs.
What’s the difference between public sector and private sector bank
In Public sector banks, government holds 50% stake. All nationalized banks are public sector banks. Nationalised banks are the ones which were nationalized by the government. There are a total of 27 public sector banks in India. The first nationalized bank was Imperial Bank of India (1955), which later named as State Bank of India. In 1969 14 banks were nationalized and in 1980 another 7 banks were nationalized. Eg: Canara Bank, Syndicate Bank, Corporation bank, Punjab National bank
In private sector banks, stakes are owned by individuals/ general public. Eg: ICICI, HDFC, AXIS Bank, South Indian Bank
Why do you think we are employee friendly, can you give some justification?
I learnt from my friend that the organization is very transparent in dealing with its employees. You can address your concern to anyone you think is most appropriate, doors are always open. Every employee is given respect no matter what job role he/ she’s into.
Why do you think we are employee friendly, can you give some justification?
Whenever a decision is made which has direct impact on the employees, their voices are always heard. You are always open for the feed backs. Many time employees are consulted and well informed about the reasons before some decision are taken. <You need to verify this with someone who works with that bank>
